1 pack Applique Freezer Paper (not Reynolds from the supermarket)
Sharpie Pen - Extra thin liner
Paper Scissors - both large and small
Fabric Scissors - both large and small
Applique Scissors / Embroidery scissors, approx. 4" with sharp thin point
Best Press Starch alternative liquid
Small plastic container or cup - A large, sturdy, bottle top or other plastic cup will do
1/4" wide flat soft paint brush - good quality, from a hobby store
Stiletto (Taylor's awl) - with a long sharp steel tip
Pressing mat - firm surface, not soft. The OmniGrid mat is perfect
Scrap 100% cream/white cotton fabric to cover and protect your pressing mat
Roxanne "Glue Baste-It"
Fray Block * NOT Fray Check!
Pinking Blade Rotary cutter - *Optional - only if you already have one
1/4" Clover Bias maker - *Optional - only if you already have one
Straw Needles / Applique Needles size 10 or 11
Pearl Perrera's fabric presser and fabric turner ***Optional, but very very useful
Silk Thread 100 Wt or Cotton thread 60 wt or any other very thin thread you may have
