For this project, you will need to purchase the Pattern by Glenda Wilder, Frosty Friends. The cost is $10. You will also need the following supplies: Sewing machine Any notions you regularly sew with...(scissors, ruler, rotary cutter, thread, bobbins, etc) You will also need to complete the following before class: Purchase your pattern Choose your fabrics (Either from your stash or you can purchase something from our shop) Cut out all your pattern pieces before you arrive in class. This will make your day smoother and you will be able to complete most of your project if not all during class. For the 24" finish: 1 yard of a background fabric 1 Fat Quarter for the stars 1/4 yd for the Snowmen 1 Fat Eighth or scraps for the Hats 26 to 28 inch Square Batting 3/4 yd for Backing 1 Fat Quarter or Scraps for the scarves 1 Fat Quarter for Bias Binding For 36" Finish 1 1/4 yds for Background 1/2 yd for Stars 1/3 yd for Snowmen 1 Fat Eighth or Scraps for Hats 38 - 40" Square for Batting 1 1/8 yd for Backing 1 Fat Quarter or Scraps for the Scarves 1 Fat Quarter for the Bias Binding We will have some buttons available for this pattern / For the faces you can find those at Joann's (but we will try to have them here)
